If your email mailbox has been temporarily blocked, you must complete the steps below to secure your device before it can be unlocked.
Step 1: Change Your Email Password

Log in to your email account using a web browser.

Change the password to a new, strong password.

Do not reuse any previous passwords.
Step 2: Run a Full Virus Scan on Windows

Click Start
-
Search for Windows Security and open it

Select Virus & threat protection
-
Click Scan options
-
Choose Full scan
-
Click Scan now and wait for the scan to finish
(this may take 30–90 minutes)
If any threats are found, remove or quarantine them and restart your computer.
Step 3: Run an Additional Malware Scan (Recommended)

Download and install Malwarebytes (Free version)

Open Malwarebytes
-
Run a Full scan
-
Remove anything detected
Step 4: Secure Microsoft Outlook

Open Outlook
-
Go to File → Options → Add-ins

At the bottom, select COM Add-ins and click Go
-
Disable or remove any add-ins you do not recognize

Restart Outlook
Step 5: Review Email Activity

Ensure the Outbox is empty
-
Review Sent Items for any messages you did not send
-
Delete any suspicious drafts or rules
Step 6: Confirm Completion
Once all steps are completed, notify support so your mailbox can be unlocked.
